Customer Reviews
Dog seemed to like it
So I got the Fresh Chicken Meal for my beagle. Setting up the subscription was pretty easy. The food showed up in a few days, all frozen solid. My dog ate it up, which is good 'cause he can be kinda picky sometimes. It felt like a good quality food, definitely better than the old kibble. No complaints really, seemed like a solid choice.
Decent value, slight delay
I ordered the Freeze Dried Raw Salmon for my husky. The food itself seems very high quality, and my dog really enjoys it. I appreciate that it's vet-formulated. My only minor issue was that the delivery took six days instead of the estimated five, which made me a bit anxious about the frozen state, though it arrived perfectly fine. Customer service was polite when I inquired. It's a good product, but they could probably improve on the shipping estimates or communication for slight delays.
Consistent quality for years
I've been a Get Joy customer for almost two years now, primarily getting the Fresh Beef Meal. The quality has been consistently high, every single order. My previous orders were always reliable, and this one was no different. Delivery is always on time, and the food always arrives fresh. It's why I keep coming back instead of trying other brands. My dog's digestion has been excellent since we switched.
My dog LOVES this food!
I just received my first order of Freeze Dried Raw Turkey and Belly Biotics, and my picky poodle absolutely devoured it! She usually sniffs at new foods, but she cleaned her bowl in minutes. I'm so happy I found Get Joy. Her coat looks shinier already, and her energy levels are fantastic. The portion guide was spot on too. I'm telling all my friends with dogs about this place. So excited to see her continued improvement!
Great quality, good service
I ordered the Fresh Chicken Meal for my golden retriever. The website was easy to navigate, and the subscription setup felt straightforward. Delivery took 4 days to reach Phoenix, which was exactly as estimated. The packaging was robust, and the food arrived perfectly frozen. My dog has a sensitive stomach, and this food seemed to agree with her right away. I called customer service once to adjust my delivery schedule, and they were very helpful and quick to respond. The food is definitely human-grade, and the ingredients list is transparent. Overall, a very positive experience, and I appreciate the quality for the price.
